Wilson Hardware Kitchen - Arlington

I came to Wilson Hardware before the pandemic and fell in love with the short rib hash. I returned recently and was pleasantly surprised that the dishes were just as delicious but we're LARGER portions. I got to share my leftovers with my loved ones! I am still in love with the short rib hash, but the chicken and waffles are a great second!

Interesting place that will definitely get packed on the weekends! I suggest getting there before 10, as that is the time they move tables out of the main dining area. Entrance is on the strip, not at the gate where the patio is. Kitchen closes at 11 and food was better than expected. I loved the slushy cocktail once it melted.

Awesome decorations were on display on Halloween. They also had football games on a huge wall screen. They handed out these parfaits that were delicious. The brunch food was cooked to order and the mimosas were ok.

We held a birthday party tonight for 20 o'clock on the 2nd landing and the experience could not have been better. three server seamlessly provided us with immediate service and eating came completely as ordered hot. there was never an empty drink or an unobstructed teller (which is huge for me.) augusto made a point to welcome us all night to make sure that we sat immediately at the arrival and introduced ourselves to such a personal art and wise to our party. nice to see locals in arlington. filz like home.

Superb! for casual /semi casual this is the place! superbly prepared steak . one of the best I had and I am a proud carnivore knowr. lol the adjustable French cocktail was great. arlington should be thrilled to have this great venue!
