Sushi Rock - Arlington

Loved the fried beef dumplings ichiban roll. The ichiban roll can be a little spicy for those who do not consume spicy food often. Also, our server Max was extremely helpful in listing which rolls were cooked versus non-cooked made sure we were happy with our meals.

I used not to like sushi , but this place changed my mind. The food is delicious, we ordered 2 types of cooked sushi , a salad , fried rice and grilled edmamme. All of the dishes were great. The waitress was super nice and polite . The service is fast.The only problem I had is that this restaurant doesn't take reservations through the phone , only online , but when we called, the receptionist didn't explain that, and we ended up waiting when we arrived.

Certainly a good Sushi ? joint (and bar). Quality of food ? is great. Prices are somewhat reasonable, atmosphere is excellent. Parking ?️ is available at the parking meters or their adjacent garage. I just wish some of their dishes had no sugar or not too sweet because they can be. Also, for their soups, it was a big disappointment that the only broth they make is pork, which is not a wise decision. The coupe ingredients were great just the pork broth didn’t go down too well. But hey! It’s their culture.

I actually like it here. It may be my chill spot. The sushi is great and the bartender Sarah was very kind and polite. I also was able to drink Stella on draft there during the happy hour.Food: 5/5

This was our second time dining at Sushi Rock. We experienced amazing customer service in March for my wife’s birthday. Sadly, this was not the case when we visited in July. The A/C vent above my head was leaking and when we told our server, he didn’t offer to move us. When we told the hostess, she replied, “we know” and continued to sit people near the leak area. On top of that, the attention to detail from our server was off this time. In short, this team did not seem tuned in for a Friday night dinner crowd. Very disappointing.
