Whataburger - Arlington

The chili cheese burger was good, but for some reason, the chili cheese fries were bland. The chili itself lacked flavor as we all enjoy WB French fries. The burger was seasoned well, but the fries could use some improvement. The woman running the drive-thru had a friendly and welcoming voice over the speaker, which was a pleasant surprise for fast food. It was much appreciated in today's day and age.

I arrived before my order was entered into the computer, so I had to wait on the side. The cashier was friendly, but I was disappointed that the meat patty was undercooked and my jalapeños were not grilled. It seemed like they were trying to rush my order out quickly because of the wait. Despite these issues, I would still consider going back.

Even though it was midnight, I only had seven cars in front of me and ended up stuck in the drive-thru for over an hour. This is unacceptable. It's impossible to even leave if you wanted to. What could possibly be taking the kitchen so long to prepare each meal? I wasted my evening at this terrible drive-thru.

Went thru drive thru ordered patty melt no sauce combo with white chocolate shake. Shake machine was broke fries were cold and burnt and patty melt covered in sauce. Not an enjoyable meal!

Clean restaurant and good people but too slow if you choose curbside pick up. I order online and pick up at the store to save time.Food: 4/5
