Taco Bell - Arlington

I don?t always review fast food chains but when I do, it is because the staff did an excellent job. I made a midnight order expecting it would arrive not in the best shape wrong. It was packaged well and the items were some of the best I?ve had from the chain. Whoever is working the night shift you?re doing a great job.

Do not eat here! I watched an employee come out of the bathroom with gloves in and went straight back to making food with the same gloves they had on! Disgusting. Not only that but I was not greeted by anyone and nobody willing to take my order. I will never come back. As soon as the UPS guy came in they all were ready to greet him and get the package from him! Horrible customer service

In the 20ish years I?ve been coming here, my order has been PERFECT every time except my last visit. Pretty great record! The manager has been here for at least 8 years (maybe way more) and is always on top of things.

This review is strictly for the location, as Taco Bell is pretty much the same everywhere. But, the quality here is very good. Taco Bell is one of my vices, and this is my go to location to feed that vice every once in a while. And, it?s close to where I live, so that?s a bonus for me. The inside is always very clean, and the staff is always very friendly. This is probably one of the best Taco Bell?s I?ve ever been to. I hope it stays that way.

I always visit this Taco Bell because the staff is friendly and the place is clean and well-maintained. However, it does slow down a bit after midnight, so keep that in mind. It's best to place mobile orders so that your food is hot and ready when you arrive.
