Starbucks - Arlington

This establishment has three designated parking spots out front, labeled for 15-minute customer parking, with a warning that violators will be towed. However, when I arrived, all the spots were occupied, forcing me to park in front of the dumpsters nearby. When I returned to my car, I noticed the same vehicles still there. As I was wrapping up, one of the baristas came outside, got into one of the cars, and began eating his lunch. I understand that the staff works hard and I wouldn’t mind those spots being reserved for employees, but if that’s the case, they should be clearly marked as such.

Staff was efficient and fast. Not the usual friendly, cheerful service like at other places.

I was recently pleasantly surprised to learn that this location allowed dogs in their store (and this was confirmed by multiple employees on multiple occasions), however was quite disappointed today when an employee came from the back of the store, not to take my order, but to tell me that animals (with the exception of service dogs) are not allowed in the store, per the Health Dept. My poor pup was so disappointed to have to go back out into the heat empty-pawed. It does seem reasonable that the Health Dept would have rules against bringing animals into the store; I'm just not sure why there has been inconsistency in communicating this with patrons.

The barista is very friendly and creates a lovely atmosphere. They always make my drink perfectly every time I visit and greet me as soon as I walk in the door. I go here two to three times a week, and it definitely gets a thumbs up from me!

This is a typical Starbucks with usual service. The space is quite roomy, offering seating both indoors and on the outdoor patio. It's an excellent place to relax and cool off with some air conditioning from the intense heat outside. I have no complaints about my drink order.
