Every time I have visited, the customer service has been excellent.

Pineapple Surf is my go-to. David and Wardell’s customer service here is top-notch and I had my smoothie within a minute of ordering. 5/5 all day every day.

So I came today on a Friday because they always do buy a 20oz upgrade to a 32oz free basically getting it for 5dollars, so while I'm at the register I'm asking are yall doing the 5 dollar drinks today and both the people at the counter both said yes, while preceding to tell me that my order is 8.81$ ? So when I open my app it says at the bottom buy a 20oz upgrade to a 32oz for free for 5 dollar fridays?...so I go back to the counter and show the girl what it says and she proceeds to say oh I don't think we do that anymore here at this location after u told me that u did while I was ordering? Your job isn't that hard and you should know what u do and don't do. I AM VERY UPSET WITH THIS
