Ninja Ramen - Arlington

I've been in Arlington for a while, and this was my first time trying Ninja Ramen. Everything was incredibly delicious! I almost considered just ordering a bunch of appetizers because they were all so tasty. However, I had originally intended to try the ramen, so I made sure to order that as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves ramen or Asian cuisine. Despite being clearly understaffed, the customer service was excellent and didn't suffer at all.

The presentation was perfect, earning a 10/10, but unfortunately, the food fell short. Both times I've ordered the chicken, I found the taste unappetizing, and the flavor lingers in your mouth regardless of how much you chew. However, the pork my companion had was much better. The coconut shrimp, priced at $5, is the reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of just 1.

I absolutely love dining at this restaurant—I'm only just now getting around to writing a review! I've been a regular for the past few years, and I can confidently say that I’ve never had a negative experience here. I've only tried their spicy tonkatsu, but it's simply divine! As for appetizers, I've sampled their Furikake fries (incredible!), calamari skewers (delicious!), and chashu buns (packed with flavor!). If you have a sweet tooth, there’s a Royal Tea right next door that offers smoothies, boba, and various desserts to satisfy your cravings. Fortunately, they provide Royal Tea menus at all tables, which allows me to order a coffee frappuccino alongside my ramen! I always walk out of Ninja Ramen feeling happier than when I walked in!

Our server, Matthew, was great. He gets 5 stars. The rating is for everything else. The food was unfortunately cold to lukewarm, so honestly, I didn?t enjoy it. We had just left a concert at the AT&T stadium and we were starving, so we just ate.Management not scheduling properly knowing there was a big event letting out and only scheduling 2 servers was hurtful to themand unfair. The other server was stressed and we felt so bad for her. On top of the influx of diners, they just didn?t haveenough help to bus and seat parties. TLDR; our server was great, but everything else below average.

The service was good and the atmosphere was fine for the price point. I give it low stars just because it was so bland. I was really hungry with usually makes things taste better but the karaage (fried chicken) was meh and the tonkatsu ramen tasted morewater based than pork based. Not much to say but I wouldn?t recommend it really.
