Mcdonald's - Arlington

The service was sub par, our burgers were made wrong. and instead of the managements that correct the problem by giving us another burger they offered to us just to give us the missing pieces to our incomplete burgers in large plastic containers, so that we could do ourselves at this time were our burger and pommes ice cold. to round it off, the müll was flooded behind us and sprinkled colored liquids on our hunt. an evening to forget.

Was just in the store waiting for an order for about 20 minutes for one order. The lady that comes in after me complaining about getting girl toys instead of boy toys she’s being super rude to your employees being rude to everyone around her she walks out the door and say something rude to me so I stand up for myself she follows me back into the store and starts getting in my face then your manager gets in my face and tells me that I have to take it outside. The other customer was the problem and she’s the one that followed me back into the store and your manager got in my face I was just the bystanders watching her be rude to everyone else.i stood up to your rude customer and then you ask me to leave. Thank you for standing up for a customer that isn’t being rude to you I’m never coming back here.

The customer service at this store absolutely sucks. I was there on 12/24/2021 . I was in the drive thru nothing happened yet another car pulls up and is waited on right away. Got to the pick up window the girl hands me the drinks and says here you go, waited for a moment and she hands the bags out. She never says another word just turns to another person and starts speaking Spanish. To me this was EXTREMELY RUDE. From now on I will go to Buger King or I will drive to Smokey Point and go to Wendy’s.

Thank you for bringing back my favorite, Hi-C Orange drink! This makes my day. Next, please bring back Powerade, it helps you with electrolytes for when the cheeseburger goes straight through you, it will help get you better sooner!

Just went through this drive-through and no one spoke at all. No one said have a nice day or thank you for your order. They need to work on their customer service skills tremendously.
