Dave Buster's S. Arlington

The service was disappointing. My lemonade arrived extremely sour, and when I inquired about it, they explained that they didn’t have any pre-made ones and had to make it fresh, which resulted in the sour taste. Then, when my wings were served, they forgot to bring the sauce, and it took them 25 minutes to return, during which time my food got cold. Eventually, they did bring out more wings and the sauce, but by then, I had to request a takeout box since my family had finished eating. We later tried to play some games, but three of them were out of order and deducted points from my card anyway. Overall, it was a rather unfortunate Christmas experience at Dave and Buster's.

Our server, Kennedy, was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful and friendly, and we really appreciated her positive attitude. The only issues we encountered were that the bathrooms were a bit messy and several were out of toilet paper. As the night went on, we noticed a strong smell of marijuana from some of the late-night customers, which was a bit concerning, especially with so many children around. Overall, we’ll definitely return, but we’ll plan on coming earlier next time.

The Brussels sprouts were undercooked. We informed the waitstaff, but there was no response. We ordered a drink and waited a long 45 minutes to receive it, despite the restaurant not being very busy. This experience was quite different from our usual visits, as we come here fairly often.

I came in to the Arlington location and spoke to Ana and she was able to accommodate my family and friends with a private room. I really appreciate her for going above and beyond their normal protocol. Everything turned out great. My son is joining the Air Force and he was surprised to have a going away.

The food was terrible. The fish oily and tasted like it was cooked in old grease. The Philly cheese steak tasted like steak eve from Sam’s and came with yellow cheese instead of white cheese and nothing else. The drinks were also pre-made and very sour.
