I had a bowl, (brown rice, black beans, salsa, chicken, guacamole, lettuce) I would like black olives but not available. The staff was very helpful and nice. Very busy!!! Need help as many businesses are going through this same problem. Tables and floor needed cleaning. I was sorry for the workers, it is so serious when you try your best to serve the public but NEW employees are not always available. Give this establishment a chance. I'm very happy with the food. Honestly the food is fine I'm giving this review for the workers there because every time I've come in they have had attitude for absolutely no reason. The first time they tried to overcharge me for asking for my guac on the side $3 but still) and I've had other experiences like when I came to pick up an online order wasn't on the pick up shelf) they were keeping it behind the counter and gave me attitude when I got at the back of the line to say I'm here to pick up instead of getting in front of everybody at the register
The chips were stale but she gave me another bag which she told me “they’re the same” and they were. They charged us for 2 Queso Blanco’s when we only bought one. But the queso taste good.Update: Don’t say you’re open until 10pm and then lock your doors at 9:55. We wanted to go, but y’all locked the doors. They ignored us trying to open the door. Horrible customer service.
The entire staff was extremely unfriendly and with no customer service skills whatsoever. I will never return to this location. I was highly dissatisfied with my order. As the guy had me waiting there just to scrape sauce from one pan to another he put my order right next to someone order that was ordering meat. With no regard to the fact that I ordered a veggie bowel. Also I was disappointed in my portion size, nevertheless I was on a time crunch. Not to mention that it for dine in and I had to ask the cashier for a tray. When did that change from giving dine in customers trays. Overall my experience at this Chipotle was horrible.
The service at this location is very inconsistent. My pre-ordered, to-go and delivery bowls are often not prepared as requested and items paid for, such as salsa, are left out of the bag. I've also seen that the employees left a tub of chips sitting on a table in the front, uncovered and unsupervised at the start of lunch hour during the week. Do better South Arlington Chipotle!
