Belltower Coffee In Arlington

No one to wait on customers, blabbing in the back with a line out front. The windows and entrance doors are filthy and disgusting, we left . If these are the new owners good luck!

As of Dec 2nd the Belltower folks haven’t taught the Crave team how to pull espresso shots the Belltower way. Portafilters are still housed on top of the espresso machine (meaning they are cool when used to pull as shot that requires a stable 196-202 F temperature).

My wife and I had been in Memphis for a long weekend with family. And we were heading back to Michigan on Wednesday and stopped there for a coffee and a sandwich to go. We both had a cappuccino which was delicious. My wife ordered a burrito and I ordered the sausage egg and cheese on croissant. The burrito was so big and delicious that we both shared it and brought the croissant home and I just ate it for dinner on Thursday and it heated up beautifully and was very delicious.Great staff and great atmosphere.

I placed an order for a chicken biscuit and butter cookie latte and was very disappointed by the food I received. The chicken was so hard and burnt. It tasted very bitter like it was fried in old oil. I felt like I was served leftover food from the previous day. The biscuit was very floury and gummy. As for the latte, I thought it would be made on the espresso machine but I saw the worker use something else to prepare it.I have come to Crave for dinner many times before and the food always tastes amazing. Crave is actually one of my favorite restaurants in Arlington. I am very upset by the breakfast I received and was not expecting it from Crave. I would highly appreciate a refund.

Service and food is always great but if you’re going to offer outdoor seating you’ve got to keep it clean. Kids wanted to sit outside and eat but the 3 empty tables had spider webs connecting the chairs to the table and a heavy layer of dust. But you can’t beat the food.
