First time going. Must be drive thru only, no one came to the other window. Why such a big parking lot for a drive thru? Needless to say I won’t be trying the custard I’ve heard so much about

This is by far the worst Andy's custard so far. If only they could get things right at this location. Customer service- I ordered 3 custards. The young woman who took our order got an attitude when I was trying to inform her about the issues we've been having with the custards here. The issue that I was trying to tell her about was that our custards haven't been properly mixed for a really long time. She took it as I wanted it well blended and just walked off. She never came back out. So when I recieved my custard it was way too blended to where it was melting and all the pie pieces were in itty bitty crumbles. Quality- The quality is sub par to other locations. The Dallas location is way better than this location but I'm not about to drive all the way to Dallas just to get Andy's. I'll get it there whenever I'm in Dallas. Honestly every time I get it at the Dallas location it's much better. Such as last time I was in Dallas I got a pumpkin pie concrete and Omg it was soooo much better. I really hate to be a drag but I can't deal with y'all's passive aggressive attitude and bad quality custard. I know what it's supposed to taste like. #sorrynotsorry All in all I couldn't eat it Edit: okay so I went back a couple times and it got better on the custard part, still there days where it’s melty The concern I have with custard being melty is if it’s not properly mixed it’s not cooked When it’s properly mixed the egg used to make the custard is edible If not then you’re risking making ppl sick and that’s a huge concern for me. I will continue to go but if this kinda thing keeps happening I can’t eat here as I don’t have an iron stomach ️

Been here since it open for like 10000000 time and never got a bad experience, all the employees that have been helping me is so nice and friendly. Today August 9-2023 at 8:00pm. This black girl serving me her face look like she have a bad day which I don’t mind til I told her 2 time that I want a lid to cover my ice cream and she didn’t : . She forgot sure I understand but then she hang me the lid and tell me to do it myself I was struggling cause the ice cream is full and the LONG spoon still inside the ice cream. Come on use your brain, this is not how you treat long time customer. They always do it for me and always so nice. This is the first time I ever see someone that NOT HAPPY and work at ANDY. If you jot happy stay home or at least do your job right. They need to check who they should hire. 2 star is because I’m been coming here for 4 year this place is great but not that GIRL.

Always a Great Place to grab some delicious frozen custard..... Flavors of the month are primo..... Service is Friendly, courteous and helpful!
