Apache Pizza - Arklow

The restaurant offers fast and dependable service. They have affordable prices and good deals. The pizzas are delicious.

They dropped half are ourder then refused to listen or replace/refund the missing items I was left with half my dinner it's disgraceful

Dips were missing. Me and my friend ordered A pizza, they sent with no dips. When we called the employee abused ‘why are you making a f* big deal about it’. Forget about a single word of apology, they were instead abusive and kept arguing. Then another of his took over the phone and supported his abusive colleague. When I explained this to the other employee he responded me with “whatever!” And hung up. They did not answer after that. Dear Apache, train your staff to speak with customers first and then teach them other things, like making pizza ! Worst experience ever!

I ordered a delivery last night at 6-48 pm.Got an estimated delivery time for 7.48 pm.I expected it to be a bit late due to the times we are in.At 8-20pm I got a call to say they had no sweet potato fries would wedges be ok.I said ok thinking it would be coming soon.At 8-38pm I rang them to be told it was on way.It arrived at 9pm.Cold !!!!. I went to eat the rest of the wedges today and as I tipped them out of the box I found a long dark hair.I have short blonde hair. Bad enough having to wait so long and it arriving cold but to find a hair in it was disgusting.Have seen the same comment on Apache Facebook page.Disgusting service.Apache would have always been my 1st choice but never again

The delivery driver added an extra charge on top of the price we saw on the website. The food arrived cold and was not the correct order.
