Filiberto’s food menu needs improvement. Your food (some) are too salty and not tasty. One area is your menudo too salty and some ingredients too much and hominy not enough you put too much beef. Also why don’t you serve white menudo? Also you over price your food that should not be. One of best that I enjoyed was your bean burrito. Ordered a simple ground beef taco. What I got was a hard shell taco with burnt disintegrated beef that was fried to long. Spoke to the manager and they said they will replace it.
