Lousy experience. we arrived from conception referred to by tourist friends at 22:05 and told us the administrator that opened at 23:00hrs. We wait patiently and then they tell us they charge entry, something they had not informed us before. We were of tourists knowing arica and lack of information gives a bitter taste to our experience.
