Eglofs is worth a trip. The landscape is beautiful and walkable. Also on the cyclists wait beautiful paths through the Allgäuer Lande. And when the great and small hunger comes: to the rose! The traditional inn, a family farm, is located directly on the village square of Eglofs. In good weather, you can see the Allgäu hills from the cozy guest room to the nail fluff. The very young staff is probably the next generation friendly and accommodating. The prices are moderate, and the food is great. We ordered kittens and wrinkles. The Caesarean came appetizingly dressed on a large plate, the part was correspondingly great for the hunger of the Allgäu Wanderer. The dish was not too dry and not too juicy, the cheese was wonderful. There was a delicious, fresh mixed salad and a lush part perfect because the swamps among readers know what it meant) potato salad. Also the best part, also with mixed salad, was as lush as delicious.

A very nice, idyllic hotel near Wangen in Allgäu, with an excellent kitchen! Ideal starting point for hikes in beautiful nature and many cultural attractions. Thanks to the Kresser family.
