5/5! In my scoring method, well over and over what I expected. Large menu with special daily creations, well presented, beautifully cooked with exemplary service. We had the octopus for Entree. They shared a part between 2 records for us. It was delicately cooked, cooked with a basil coulis and oven baked tomatoes and very finely crushed red cabbage, I believe). I love octopus and this is our 4th experience in this vacation, and it was the best. Offers, tasty, presentation and visual, textured and tastes excellent! It wasn't like Spain, certainly not Chewy gritty or stringy. It was perfect! Then Arlene had the lobster pasta. The pasta was cooked in a lobster broth and perfectly cooked, house naturally made. Lobster was full of taste and again perfectly cooked and seasoned. The court was light, tasteful and “damaging” sorry Kenalee Vass I can't say anything else as I had the pigeon. Think. It was cooked 3 ways and each way was unique, tasty, full of taste and wonderful. The chest was red in the middle and has a fantastic playful taste, strong but not excessive. The leg meat was shredded and then fried deep as a ball like filling. Again it was delicious with crispy textures and really fleshy. Yum! In the end there was a dove in a cone. It was really good. Erdig, creamy and bursting with liver aromas. It fits so well with the chest and baked tomatoes. Also there were red onions that contrasted the rich taste of the dove so well. I wish I could absorb taste, texture and images!
Our favourite food of the trip! The steak was to die and the small “Extras” of bread, Amuse Bouche and Dessert were a great surprise. Traditional Italian meal, which lasted several hours to complete, but we have nothing to do with it because our view of the square was phenomenal!
Siamo andati per un ricco aperitivo e abbiamo trovato una buona qualità e un ottimo servizio. L'unico difetto, ma era comunque il sabato dell'inizio dei mercatini di Natale, è stata una discreta lentezza nel servizio, probabilmente dovuta all'afflusso di persone.
Restaurant idéalement situé sur le haut de la place, sous les arcades. Excellents vins au verre (Chianti “Buccia Nera) en rouge et Vermentino Rancoli en blanc). Excellent tartare de saumon en entrée, très bonnes pâtes faites en démonstration à la main devant le restaurant, excellent tataki de thon. C’est assez cher, mais je pense qu’au vu des prestations, ce n’est pas surfait. Nous y étions un dimanche, entourés d’italiens venus fêter quelque chose en famille.
