Inkafe Plaza - Arequipa

Part of SONESTA his htl, I had definitely expected higher prices. They were quite good for the place, it is the spectacular view of the main square, the excellent service (we were not really dressed for the occasion, but that made no difference how they treated us) went far and beyond to feel comfortable, were extremely helpful with my father (handicap) and the elevator was of great help for my father and mother. Not ORDER DESSERTS. Unless they changed their suppliers, they were not good, we had the Tiramisu

Very sunny terrace, good and attentive service, beautiful food and full view of the cathedral. Smart Loos. The best place in the Plaza des Armas.

This restaurant offers an overview of Plaza de Armas (on the balcony): You can't look better! The price is a bit steep for a backpack, but the food is delicious. I had the zucchini Risotto with the taste of Thai, which was really good. The rice was perfectly cooked and the service is perfect. I also liked you to pay by credit card.

After two weeks of incredible food during my travels in Peru, this restaurant offered far and the worst food I tried in the country. We were sucked in by the amazing location next to the Plaza de Armas, but the quality of the food provided was not even close to the quality of the location. No one in our group ended our appetizers or power supplies including a friend I have never seen leave food on his plate. The filled water even tasted. I would never recommend this restaurant to everyone and now, as I think it, I am pretty sure that even the local stray dogs avoid this place. Terrible experience.

Having had previously bad experiences with terraced restaurants overlooking picturesque squares in Latin America, we took a chance on Incafe as we were hungry, but had made no booking. We were offered a table on the balcony with superb views by a really warm and welcoming waiter. So far, so good. The menu was typically Peruvian. We went for the ceviche as a starter an excellent choice; succulent and very fresh. Mains of fish and Lomo de Casa proved to be wonderful. Overall this restaurant proved the exception to the rule that there are no good balcony restaurants! This venue was superbly sited and offers excellent service, food and value. Recommended!
