La Poza Del Obispo - Arecibo

This is such a cool place to swim! It is a huge tidal pool and you can observe how massive waves on the rock do not crash 50 feet from you, but when it comes to where you swim, it is not more than a gentle rib. The undertrust is nothing that would disturb an adult, but you cannot allow very young children to go alone.

It's been beaten since Maria. The one and last covered seating area is gone and the parking lot is now the road or grass as the sand reaches the road. It seemed at the time when I left, the flood was high or that both bodies of water united. It must be very careful to get into the open ocean, strong currents.

One of the most beautiful beaches on Puerto Rico! If you visit PR I HIGHLY recommend you rent a car and explore the island. The tourist attractions are cool, but the locals know where it's at. I visited 5 beaches on my visit there. This and luquillo, Isla Verde, Hobbie Beach are just a few. Rent a car! Google beaches to visit and drive the hour it takes to get there. Watching sunset on the cliffs at Aricebo....I'll never forget....ever. And locals don't touch your stuff on the beach! Bring a water cam! Photos are whereby am actually sitting. Breath taking!

Absolutely beautiful! It was extremely windy, but it was most likely because of the tropical storm. We would definitely go back.
