So grateful this place is in Arecibo as there’s very limited options in the area. The buddha bowl was exactly what I needed after a long hot beach day. Super fresh and filling and that fried tofu BOMB! Updated from previous review on 2024 03 28
We had a lovely late lunch and snagged the last table. My husband and I each had a smoothie. The piña colada one was delicious. We shared the tacos and enchiladas and everything was so flavourful and fresh! We even got hummus and chips to eat later.
Cute place in the plaza with amazing food. We had the Buddha bowl with a side of amarillos (fried plantains) and requested the chili sauce on the side. It was heavenly. We also took for the table two stuffed avocados-one with the ceviche and one with grains, two piña coladas, and a drink with tajin on the rim (I forgot the name). Only 2/4 of us are vegan and everyone loved their meals. A queer and vegan place is such a win here. We enjoyed everything except the amarillos were quite dry. Menu items may vary and menu changes with availability, so ask if you want something off menu. Nature hazards: My partner got literally 247 tick bites (we later counted) sitting at one of the 5 available tables in shorts, so I highly recommend coming in long pants. I was happy to share my drink with a beautiful bee visitor, but my mom and grandma were a bit scared
