Melting Pot Cafe - ARDROSS

We had lunch here on a weekend.Staff was friendly and we were greeted on arrival. The restaurant has decent amount of seating (indoor and outdoor).Food arrived quickly and most dishes were too salty. We had nasi lemak, curry laksa, beef rendang, green curry just to name a few but all of which was too salty. Both water jugs were empty halfway through our meal.Serving size was average, perhaps too much attention was spent on presentation of the food...Prices are probably 10% higher than other suburbs.

Went here for dinner on a busy Saturday night. Best to book as it's not a large place. Nice friendly staff, quite informal seating and set up. Food was all very good and large portions. Beef rendang was very tasty as was the green curry. BYO, wine glasses could be better. Prices very reasonable.

An absolute gem of a café. Its a small and intimate venue, with a few tables outsideas well. Have been trying to find a great satay for ages and we have now will be going back for more. Keen to try some more of the menu. It is also B.Y.O. which is fabulous as it can be quiet expensive if you have to purchase wine beer etc.We had one waiter on the night the other's in the kitchen but he was fantastic, managed to serve the whole restaurant like a pro.

I really enjoyed my meal and the service was very pleasant and fast. Most of all I got real value for money. This cafe is near where I live, so it suits me to go there when I don't want to cook. I also noted they did takeaway, for those people on the move. I would recommend for tasty, quick Asian food at a good price....and I will go back again.
