Great customer service and staff is very friendly. I gave 4 stars because of the wait time because lately my Frappuccino?s have not been blended well. It?s hard to drink when most of it is chunks of ice . Before I?ve never had any complaints, but I?m hoping it?s just due to a bad day, new person or how busy they are

Had a wonderful experience as usual. The coffee was spot on. The lady at the drive thru was very friendly and my wait time was minimal.

Always good. I went in recently and they made they I drink I need even though it wasn't a menu option. Staff was willing to help me stick to my diet. I do wish they had coconut cream.
