Papa Johns Pizza - Ardmore

Great place for pizza we ordered 6 pizzas for a memorial service the day before. The pizzas were good, and they were hot and punctual. Kiddos, so they're ready for us.

I usually get the delivery to my position here when I'm in town and it's always very fast, very good. In people when I talk to the local business or the call center, I was very professional.

When I got my pizza to my hotel, it was in almost the time they told me (a little slower, but it is a holiday weekend, so no big thing I understand that they are probably busy) The delivery driver was polite and friendly. But as soon as he went and I opened my pizza and I noticed that it looked a little “runny” but I started eating it anyway. After eating a piece and tasting a very unusual taste that we do not “normal” I realized that she had a kind of nasty white sauce on the pizza instead of the original red sauce I had ordered. I called the shop and the first employee who answered was a little ineptic and very unhelpful. But she hired me with the manager who was very professional and respectful. He agreed that he would make a new pizza that was exact, and it went to me “immediately” (his words). But it was another hour and twenty minutes since I spoke to him and I haven't had dinner yet... I know it's a holiday weekend, but I'm almost 3 hours from now, when I originally ordered my food and I have no idea when (or even if) they plan to me my bought and paid for correct order in the near future.... or even.... I'm just a couple of weeks with work in town. But I'm sure I won't do business again at this facility. ——— Update. You just delivered my pizza. The guy said he was the GM and he apologized repeatedly. Really nice guy. He was too generous in his attempt to make it right, and I actually have to say I am super impressed by his professionalism and willingness to have made own mistakes. Although it was a rough experience to get the food. I'm impressed by the character of the people I treated.

Best pizza in town. They are very helpful to tell you about the offers they have (very good worth the money offers). Whether taking out or extradition these people are fast, friendly and up beat.
