Jason's Toridasu - Ardmore

(For reference, my first review mentioned how the eel avocado roll was good, but I found the dry rub on the salmon roll to be quite disappointing, reminiscent of Old Bay seasoning, which really negatively impacted the taste for me. The prices are quite steep, with $30 for two rolls (each containing 9 pieces) and some ikura in a plastic container at lunchtime. I requested an ikura hand roll instead of rice, but they informed me they didn't have any hand rolls. I can't understand why, as they're so simple to prepare—are they out of seaweed wraps? Receiving ikura in a plastic cup was quite underwhelming. While the wasabi was pleasantly mild, I personally prefer a stronger type that really packs a punch. Overall, the pricing is just hard to justify; I felt I was paying too much for lunch.)

Excellent fresh sushi and a fantastic selection of lunch specials. Occasionally, they feature unique limited-time offerings, so it's worth checking out. While they've prepared some sushi for a quick lunch, you can easily place an order as well.

I finally visited the restaurant, and while they were still finalizing the decor and layout, the sushi was absolutely delicious and fairly priced. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to provide great service. I would highly recommend it for takeout.

I'm a sucker for sushi and this place hasn't disappointed. It tasted very fresh as you would expect on the east coast. The prices were reasonable and I could get a few different varieties.

Great sushi, for take out or eat in! Quality fresh fish. Jason is super nice and accommodating, when we need some tofu chopped for the kid. Thanks for providing a quality sushi place so close!
