Felicia's Pizza Kitchen - Ardmore

Pizza was very good, even for wood fired delivery. But the rest of the food was trash. I may have been sent the worst cheesesteak I ever ordered. Stick to the pizza

I was attempting to order because the pictures made the pizza looked really good and I was really looking forward to trying one of the gourmet pizzas. I called a few minutes to 8:30 on a Saturday night so I wanted to call and see if they were still taking orders. I would have liked to put the order in since they were closing soon. I was only a few minutes away so pick up wasn 't an issue. When I called a man answered the phone and said Yeah... We 're still open! and hung up. I was confused so I called again and it just rang and rang. Since I was only 3 minutes away I drove over to see if I could still order. I parked on Lancaster but couldn 't find the store. You have to go around to the back of the store to find it. The front is an ice cream shop. By that point it was 8:45 and I was certain they would take an order so I sisnt even bother. Not sure why someone would answer the phone that way but I 'm not inclined to return.

You 'll be hard pressed to find better pizza in the area truly incredible crust and awesome selection of toppings. Our standard order is the Felicia 's Special and the eggplant calzone. The owner is a character, and always adds a bit of additional flavor to our occasional pizza outing. (Also, it 's all baked in a wood fired oven so it always smells like a fireplace nearby! Honestly, unless we 're making it ourselves, there 's no reason to get pizza from anywhere else!

People that call this man rude just needs to grow thicker skin honestly. The pizza is much much worth it and the prices are super reasonable. There's a wait because he puts time into each pizza so either have patience or order beforehand.

We tried to order via the telephone. The person who answered the phone hung up on us several times. He also could not hear me on the telephone and screamed at me and screamed at me to pick a number any number but could not understand the take out order. The man was so rude and incompetent. Finally, we abandoned our plans to order from Felicia?s. I am sure he and the restaurant were busy, but that guy was terrible. Maybe the restaurant is so busy they can afford to treat people like dirt.
