Despite a lack of personal, as many places, this was a very good experience. we had to wait about 15 minutes to sit, but the short team exceeded expectations and made a wonderful job. the eating was hot and very tasty and the waitress, although ran, has made an excellent job. kudos to the personal!

Disgusting. Served me cold, old food. Broccoli had moldy spots on it and tilapia was cold, very greasy and smelled VERY fishy, which means it?s also old. Lemon was slimy and rotten. Don?t trust it to not give me food poisoning. This was a to-go order I got on my lunch break. The only thing edible was the mashed potatoes, called to get a refund and was told there was no way they could do that unless I returned the food. I can?t leave work again and drive it back! I leave this job and go straight to my next one, I have no time to take it back. Very disappointed and will not be back! Don?t trust them. Ewwww

Fruit is not fresh and looks old. Mostly pineapples and oranges which are nasty tasting. Would not recommend getting

We couldn't make it to Cracker Barrel as the wait was over 40 minutes but we were very glad that we stopped here at IHOP the wait was about 10 minutes for a Saturday morning and our waiter provided us with excellent service. Actually everybody was very friendly there. They all help bring out the orders as well. They now have gluten free waffles/pancakes which is nice for those with gluten sensitivity. They were light and fluffy like cake. Breakfast sampler arrived within five minutes so everything was hot. Orange juice was fresh. Busboys thoroughly wiped everything down including the salt and pepper shakers. Enjoyed my last breakfast in Asheville.

Pamela provided excellent service as our waitress. Despite the restaurant being short-staffed and food coming out slowly, she frequently checked on us, refilled our drinks, and kept us updated on our order. When our food finally arrived, everyone was pleased with their choices. My sister had the large steak omelet, which was cooked perfectly with tender steak, and even our picky nine-year-old enjoyed his mac and cheese and fries. I highly recommend this restaurant, but just be aware that the service may take some time.
