Firehouse Subs Long Shoals - Arden

Had ordered a club on a sub for participation this evening. I've been involved. have been home and the sandwich had only truthahn, sink and mayo on it. no cheese, salad, tomato, etc. on it and no speck!

Food was okay. Service was terrible. Extremely rude staff. One girl was nice another was just plain rude.

The food was great but there were several issues with our order and while the staff did correct them, they got snippy about it.

My first time eating Firehouse .... I absolutely loved it!!! Steak and cheese!!!

My husband and I always enjoy coming to this restaurant when we want a fast and delicious meal. The sandwiches are high quality and served hot, the dining area is clean, and the customer service is excellent. This firehouse is the friendliest and most efficient we have ever encountered. We are always satisfied with our experience here and would recommend it over any other sandwich chain in the area.
