Rice Asian Cuisine - Ardee

The delivery lasted minutes, very happy with the food . any time I order from rice, I am never disappointed, I would highly recommend the food thank you.

Ordered in restaurant on a Saturday evening. Nothing new about this. Always very busy. Phone rings nonstop. As usual takes over mins for it to be ready. A number of customers experienced significant delays of over mins. Unfortunately my order was not played...through to the kitchen for a significant time. Fair enough, the poor girl on the desk couldn't apologise enough. At the same time, an offer of a discount rather than a bag of horrible prawn crackers would have been better (luckily didn't take the prawn crackers from prior experience). This restaurant needs more staff on desk and in the kitchen for a Saturday night. This is not the first time. However, the food was not great. I had sweet and sour chicken. The batter was soggy rather than its crunchier state and the sauce was like water. Mum had shredded chicken cantonese style. To say the chicken was like leather was an understatement! Quite dry and it had cooled significantly. Needless to say she wasn't impressed!

Never had a bad meal at rice,always friendly staff always lovely food and a good price too.The salt pepper chicken box is amazing value too if you want to pick up a takeaway as well as being value for money

I visited here on mothers day with my partner looking forward to a nice feed. It was terrible the food was coming very slow and some tables of two were giving one starter at a time it was so bad. The chinese woman hadnt a...clue.what she was doing amd didnt realy care that people were waiting and been givong the wrong foods. No appoligies no nothing. I felt for the young girl serving as it was nothing to do with her. The resturant was getting busy and the take away calls was mental. They need to employ more staff and maybe upgrade to better chefs. The food was luke warm commin out. Never will i go back again. Some places are too mean to employ extra staff and especially on special occasions they didnt seem to care about the two workrs they had on that evening. Rant over

Not their fault, of course. I had the chicken sweet and sour for at least years till I got sick of it. It was my favourite Friday dinner after a long day's work. If you like chicken sweet and sour I recommend this place...for it!
