Great place, excellent cuisine, all kind and nice. Fettuccine to the porcini so never eaten!

Having gone on a trip to the Castles, we had to choose where to eat. Take the crowded premises of the villages between Lake Albano and Lake Nemi, we decided to move a little towards Ardea. It is so that we found this simple trattoria and 'verace ', with convenient parking, a beautiful barrel theory at the entrance and several well spaced outdoor tables, surrounded by a pleasant tall and green hedge. The menu is voiced, word park service but efficient, while the owner turns between the tables to check with friendliness the satisfaction of customers. We ordered appetizers (excellent pork, sliced cheeses and cheeses in the average), gricia in maxi portion (average seasoning), vegetables, fried potatoes and white wine. Although, as far as I've seen in the other tables, the club gives its best in meat. The caption under the name of the local plays Dar Pagnotta, masters and drink as a fijo de na... , which tells us two things, that it is not nouvelle cousine and that the portions are abundant. They do not issue tax receipts and therefore do not accept electronic payment cards.

It is a place I frequent for a few years and the stra-consiglio: excellent menus to the plate and typical sandwiches, beautiful the room inside with the fireplace and the outside court, staff that we can do, in short... Go!

Local very spartano but with a typical Roman cuisine very good. First, second courses and excellent contours. Owner at the hand makes you feel at home. Recommended
