Mc Donalds - Arçonnay

OK so I know MCDO is not haute cuisine but the Alencon condé branch of the chain is the worst in terms of cleanliness of any I have visited. Today was the worst ever. The whole place smelled of revolting toilets, even in the restaurant. The floors are always sticky, the bins emptied too infrequently and the toilets themselves were unusable because they were so dirty. I do not understand how the chain allows franchisees to have such low standards and do nothing about it. Unfortunately Alencon is just a provincial town and there is very little open on Sundays otherwise we would go there. Hopefully the new (Burger king? in south Alencon will have better standards.

Ça fait maintenant 20 minutes que nous attendons nos menus... J'avais juste 15 minutes pour manger car j'ai un rdv et me voilà à attendre...et de plus, je serai en retard C'est aberrant de se considérer fast fois quand on est pas capable d'assurer la cadence Merci Mc do...

Plus de 20 minutes que l'on attend dans la file du Drive....Et toujours pas servis. ..C'est interminable et pas d'excuses

Le service de ce Mc Donalds est vraiment très lent, c'est horrible ! 25 minutes d'attente au drive, et ce à chaque visite ! Au comptoir le soir c'est pareil. Résultats : frites molles, sandwichs tièdesC'est pas si restauration rapide que ça ... C'est dommage, il n'y en a aucun autre dans le coin
