Service was great. We got the medium hand-tossed crust with mushroom and pepperoni. It was excellent. I'm sure we will be making a return trip to this Pizza hut.
If I order contactless delivery they should knock on the door and make me sign the receipt, then when I ask why they said Whatever man
Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, and my wife and I have had several great experiences dining in at this location. Today they totally dropped the ball on a pickup order. First trying to give me the wrong order, then ignoring me for 5 minutes. When I call in the kid on the phone feeds me a line, he first had no idea what my order was, then had a revelation, oh! It just came out if the oven! 8 minutes later I still am still waiting with screaming kids in the back of my van. I run in to find out what is going on. They have an order for Michael (not my name), the kid manager says sorry but your not our only order. No kidding, but I'm over 10 minutes past my pickup time and I just want to know what's going on. Kid standing there had the wrong name, can't read from printed receipt, the kid behind the counter should learn the basics of customer service. Don't talk down to your customers, especially when you guys are in the wrong. Never again.
Delivered pizza to the wrong house. I get a call from the store informing me of this. They all me if I know neighbors as they try to figure out where it's been delivered to (would have been easier to ask that person their address). I point out I'm not taking the food, even if they locate it, that had been delivered to another house. So they agree to make a new one and deliver it and give me a $10 credit on my account. I worked in the restaurant business for 15 years, this is not how you handle a mistake made by an employee. Management there needs some serious retraining on customer service.
