Have built this place in my weekly lunch break. Food is absolutely incredible. Ingredients are healthy and top notch cooked with love from a local Rasta. I can't say enough good things about this place. Big Ups!

Well I just finished my Escovitch Fish dinner, in addition to a mixed veggie patty. One word, Execllent!!! The food is flavorful, cooked to perfection, and compliments your body without the overly stuffed/heavy food consumption after effect. I believe nor-Humboldt County has been lacking Caribbean food and now we have a place to get quality meals that are sure to please. Everything is made from scratch, you can taste the pride and joy in making these dishes from every bite. I can see this place becoming bigger in the future. I give a HUGE THANKS!! to Chef Red for the awesome food and for making this available weekly. Highly recommended to everyone! One Love! TM
