Delicious noodles .great authentic taste. I loved the chow I had received. just something that was kind of sucked that there are no lucky cookies here because he can't get any more, I think .probably result from kovid.

Chan's has been serving Chinese cuisine in Humboldt County since 1942, and the current location has been in operation since 1972. While the exterior may not be the most visually appealing, don't let that deter you from the parking lot. Once you step inside the restaurant, you'll find that it still looks much like it did back in the 1970s! A member of the Chan family will greet you, provide water and hot tea, and take your order. The food is exceptional—much more traditional than the typical Americanized Chinese fare. Three generations of the Chan family can be found there daily, with excellent recipes passed down from great grandparents to parents, and now to grandchildren, with great grandchildren soon to come. I highly recommend you try this place for yourself. They also handle a high volume of takeout orders, so if you prefer to grab and go, they will definitely accommodate you!

The place looks out on the outside, but inside looked very clean and beautiful. I ordered a honey-walnut puwn dish. the brokkoli was great and garnel were great. the white sauce was tight, but I was never a fan of it, with, from any restaurant, so I didn't disturb. I would recommend this place! I wish I knew it would be open soon.
