Sesame Grill - Arcadia

We celebrated our 23rd anniversary at this restaurant and were only charged $20 per meal, which included a delicious appetizer, main course, and dessert. We enjoyed a creamy butler, chocolate mousse, and Panna Cotta for dessert. The 1-pound pork chop with gourmet sauce was amazing, and the hand-made pasta with seafood was also delicious. The Tomahawk steak was a steal at only $108. Can you believe it?

I had the worst dining experience of my life last night at Sesame Grill. We had a reservation for 8pm and arrived at 7:44pm. Upon checking in with the hostess, we waited patiently in a chaotic atmosphere. After 25 minutes, I inquired about obtaining a seating number, but the hostess, who was a family member of the owner, ignored me and walked away. Ten minutes later, I discovered that my name had been crossed off the 8:00 reservation list without explanation. When I asked the hostess about this, she again ignored me and walked away. Frustrated, my cousin spoke to the owner, who finally provided us with a seating number and instructed the hostess to seat us next as we had been waiting for over 50 minutes. However, after the owner left, the hostess showed favoritism by seating someone else instead of us and displayed a smug attitude. Feeling disrespected, we decided to leave and vowed never to return. The hostess's unprofessional and rude demeanor, combined with the apparent lack of oversight from the owner, will surely drive customers away and harm the restaurant's reputation. Despite its high prices, the establishment will struggle to thrive if such poor customer service continues. I will certainly warn my family and friends to avoid Sesame Grill in the future.

5 stars all day, it seems like a mom n pop shop, and the taste is outta this world. I had a 5 piece med. Spicy and a hot sandwich and MAN these were amazing the price point was great and the quality was sooo good. The food was definitely made fresh and came out in a timely manner. I was recommended this spot by a co worker and MAN. This spot blows canes and Dave's outta the water. The spice is unique too, definitely not what I thought it was but still GREAT.
