Paco's Mexican - Arcadia

At the arrival in the restaurant the host had no information about the open table reservation I had. the service was absolutely terrible. our server was not attentive. I didn't have to pamper the busses so that the server would come past our table. that was under average. this combination made our experience here unforgettable in a bad way and we will not return. I wouldn't recommend it here. acapulco or el torito would blow this place out of the water.

Overall experience was great, little confusion on orders but everything came out perfect. Our servers were very patient considering the large group we had. Thank you for such a great experience paco’s!

For the first time the restaurant was not close to capacity, but as usual the service was good and tasty. Very consistently excellent place for a casual meal.

There was a delay to get us our food, but then the manager brought us a $15 gift card for our next visit. Very intelligent management. The food was delicious. Seafood very fresh and all well done.

I would not recommend dining here. Acapulco or El Torito would blow this place out of the water.
