Mcdonald's - Arcadia

My orders have always been incorrect; they've only got it right once out of three attempts. It might be time for management to make some changes. The employees seem overworked and stressed, which contributes to a negative atmosphere. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing.

The fries are always cold and excessively salty. Even when there’s no one behind you in line, they still ask you to pull forward.

The burger was dry and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, there were no apples available. The pies arrived three hours after the expected serving time. The bottle of water was fine, but it's disappointing to see a lack of employees who care about their work.

Mc flurry machine worked and the service spoke clear German

Don't need to go to the counter. Order and pay your food through the standing machines. Someone brings your food at the table. Great plan. I love those machines.
