Przekaż informację zwrotnąI would write this hotel as “strictly average.”If you haven’t read my other reviews, I stay at hotels over 90 days per year. I often choose Embassy suites for the amenities and larger room sizes. They also include a full cook breakfast with your rateAll of those things are goodThere is nothing “wrong” with this hotel, the outside is very nice and clean. The lobby has been renovated. It looks very nice. The rooms are dated, and the TVs rather small for today’s typical hotel. The reason I rated service as “average” is that there were several smaller things that should not happen with a quality place to stay. There was no water in the water cooler in the workout room when I worked out last night. I went and let the front desk know. When I went in the morning for a work out, there was still no water. On a hunch, I checked back when I had to come back to the hotel at noon. Still no water. Many hotels have changed to not leaving small bottles of shampoo and bath gel but, rather, attaching a pump to the wall in the shower. Both my shampoo and conditioner were empty. There is a restaurant, located inside the hotel, and the food is rather good. Even better, though, is a very nice steakhouse called “the derby” right next-door.Again – not a “bad” place to stay, but there are other hotels around that I have stayed out that have much nicer and more modern rooms with no issues.Rooms: As I said, in my main review, the rooms are dated and a little bit “dingy.” They need to do something with the lighting as no matter how many lights are on, the room still seems very dark.Food drinks: There is a restaurant right in the hotel, and the food is quite good.
It's been a while since I stayed at Embassy Suites. It was an awesome stay, although short. Came from a concert and outfall from Hurricane Hilary on display in the freeways. Coming here was comfort calling. You can fit a family of 9 up in these rooms. Beds were comfy, including the living room chair and sofa. The morning breakfast was great too. Freshly made omelets from veg to meaty. Other standard hot and cold breakfast items as well. Nice drink stations for juice, soda, coffee, tea... beautiful place, will come again!
We visited with two kids for two nights. At first when we arrived and got the keys the room was already occupied by another family, a double booking. Later we received a very bad room, noisy there is train passing near the hotel), the whole bath tub was scratched and broken, the bathroom was stinky. When we talked to the manager she was absolutely apathyc . The next day after we complained we received a much better room. The breakfast is average not tasty American style.
We were very excited to stay at this hotel. It was more than we usually pay but looked really nice and fancy on line. Upon arrival we headed straight to the rest rooms. Right off the bat the walk down the hall was very dirty. The bathroom was not in the best. Several toilets were not flushed and didn't look like house keeping had even been there. We had made a reservation for two queen beds but they were over booked and didn't have any. They gave us a room with one king bed and sofa. The sofa was not fit for anyone to sleep on. We were told we could change rooms the next night. To compensate us they gave us free parking which we were already supposed to get according to the reservation receipt along with free breakfast. The room we had the second night was better. Breakfast had a good selection. The gates closing the parking lot were annoying to use whether going in or out.Rooms: Where very spacious.
Check in was quick, pool and indoor dining is a plus. Housekeeping was an issue. There was visible hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor, sticky globs of something in the rug, a sock was under the bed and walls seriously need to be cleaned. On the second day my room started to smell like a pet room. This place is nice however housekeeping should thoroughly clean and pay closer attention.Nearby activities: Short distance from Universal Studios.
