Cluck2go - Arcadia

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but I've noticed a significant decline in quality. The meat is now served in chunks rather than slices, and the portions are much smaller than they used to be. Additionally, the soup has a faint taste of detergent. I'm really disappointed.

For dinner and has been trying for some time. I wasn't disappointed at all. the best Hainan chicken. immediately will be too often from now on in the rotation of places.

I stopped by the new location while running errands in the area, and it's in a great spot surrounded by various retail shops with a smaller shared parking lot. It's in the plaza next to Carl's Jr. I tried the famous Hainan Chicken plate, which comes with your choice of poached white or dark meat, chicken soup, two sauces, and pickled vegetables. The chicken was incredibly moist, flavorful, and had a fantastic texture. I enjoyed getting the mixed chicken with both dark and white meat for a bit of variety. The chicken soup was clean and tasty, and I loved the pickled veggies! The ginger chili was delicious, especially if you like it spicy, and the ginger scallion sauce was good as well. The fried peanuts were incredibly addictive! I also tried the fried chicken but still prefer the poached version. Overall, I would return if I were specifically craving Hainan Chicken, but I'd lean towards other places like Savoy when I'm looking for a wider selection of appetizers. I would definitely recommend it!

We were thrilled when Cluck2Go opened in Arcadia, especially since we've been loyal customers at the Pasadena location for years. Now, we only visit the Arcadia spot since it's much closer for us. The chicken remains just as consistently delicious and tender as it was at their original restaurant. Being a relatively new establishment, it seems they are still working out a few minor issues. We typically order online, and we've noticed that sometimes our orders are ready a bit early, other times just on time, and occasionally they are quite delayed. They do get very busy with all the incoming orders from various channels. However, this doesn't deter me from being a regular customer. Please note that there is no dine-in option, but there is plenty of parking available right in front of the shop.
