Cafe Fusion - Arcadia

Supposed to be Taiwanese. But everyone there spoke Cantonese. The place is a mess, looks like never recovered from Covid. Time to straighten it out! I think this used to be one of the premiere Taiwanese restaurant.

The food is fantastic and authentically Taiwanese. We've been ordering takeout frequently during COVID since we live quite a distance away, so we are thrilled to finally be able to dine in!

Such a disappointing experience. When I ordered takeout, I was hoping for something more enjoyable. I finally settled on white chicken and ginger loin slices, but they were incredibly unappetizing. The white chicken lacked any flavor and had a texture that reminded me of plastic. The pork liver and kidney slices were undercooked, bloody, and tasteless. After just a few bites, I felt quite ill. To make matters worse, the front door closes at 6 PM, so you have to enter through the back. Once inside, the entire restaurant had a musty smell that was quite off-putting. I really don’t know how I’ll be able to return.

Lots of the dishes I remember that used to be on the menu aren't on there. Loved the raw oysters and marinated baby clams. My parents usually order their usuals so they are still enjoying those. The food does feel like what I would eat in Taiwan. I've ordered takeout before from here and hadn't had any issues with it. Currently no dine in inside the restaurant, but there are a few tents out here for outdoor dining. We've been coming here for years.

Order for to go today , first time order food here. Terrible service I never experienced in my life , it will be the last time ! Nightmare! Be ware of choosing this restaurant! Unfortunately, no negative star or “ 0” black star here !
