The must to the carroz?! refined and tasteful cuisine? This is what we were promised, but disappointment was up to our expectations. The quality of the kitchen is frankly disappointing. There are evenings at the restaurant we'd like to forget. that of April 8 is part of it, but everything was well announced. For the season's closing, we decided to offer us a nice evening in the one that is presented as the best restaurant of the Carroz.Featuring a setting, nothing to say, the restaurant is well located and the decoration is neat. As for the kitchen, it can be of quality but uneven (the risotto bathes in oil and truffles used to accompany the fish had neither the cruncher nor the scent of the tuber melanosporum). Well, while we were peacefully having dinner, we attended a striking show. the boss of the place decided to launch without preventing the sound in full by putting hard rock. My stuped was all the more so because there were children and some elderly people. It's very simple, we couldn't talk anymore. And while I was about to complain to the management of the establishment, a family at another table reacted more quickly than I did. the result, a cut of the music for a few seconds, then a more beautiful recurrence of the decibels!
