We did not know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised with an amazing 15 course feast of Ligurian fayre consisting of Palma ham with pineapple, bresaola with parmesan, filo pastry with spinach, aubergine parmigiana, pancake with mushroom and cheese, artichoke fritta, focaccia with cheese, snails, ravioli with bottarga and sage, spaghetti with mushroom, vitello and French fries, rabbit, strawberries with sorbet, pannacota and finally tiramisu, all washed down with home made wine. What a feast all for €25p /head. A family run restaurant with fine food. You should aim to arrive at 12.30/12.45. They also do dinner and have rooms if you do not fancy the drive back home.
This restaurant is on top of a nice valley with a great view. The food is good: traditional Liguria dishes: snail, frogs, rabbit, ravioli etc. all good service very generous too Unbeatable prices Recommend to traditional food lover.
We stumbled over the mountains, we were the only non-Italians. no menu, but 14 courses. everything was great, such an experience. they have the local house red (no other choice), and for 14 courses with wein was 60 euro! really incredible. a real Jewel if you find that!
We stumbled across this just driving through the hills. Sat down with the restaurant bustling with Italians, we were the only non Italians. No menu, but 14 courses. Everything was great, such an experience. You have the local house red (no other choice), and for 14 courses with wine was 60 euros! Really incredible. A real gem if you find this!
Cute local, many dishes one more good than the other, of high quality and portions of generous kind staff.
