The rest will be darker. the cannelloni of the peppers and its gaspacho of foam was delicious but not a spoon to finish the bottom of the stable. and not the glass wine on the entrance still requested and adapted according to the server on the dish. pestou soup, a little fade, gruyère, without tomato, but well seasoned. the wine of the entrance will be finally served on the cod or after the 2 entries. for the crab, delicately cooked, a pity that the number of tomatoes was too peppery on a delicate fish. At that time we discover that a formula error has slipped into the dishes since we had taken 2 different formulas, but here the number of dishes were the same.

We discovered with happiness the pablo table during a couple dinner. everything is of excellent taste: qualitative products of season cooked with research, dishes, frame (outdoor and interior). the young chef, alone in the kitchen and in the service, is breathtaking with dynamism and his passion is seen and tastes in the plates. Bravo!
