Edit: They gave replied back to me with a promo and an apology. Upgraded from a 2 star to 5 star for excellent customer service! Definitely love Rocky’s. It sucked that it was a miss this time but I will be coming back! The service was better than average. The pizza was disappointing. The sausages were cut in half from their normal size. As you can see they did not put many on either. The pizza was cheesy. I ordered extra sauce and got a normal amount. The other college location is better.

Absolutely love the food. I always get a combo meal. Breadsricks were slightly over seasoned but still very good. Customer service was good as well. I will always come back!

Ordered take out for the first time from here. It is a mall location, so we didn't know how well they would prepare a family meal deal (2 lg specialty pizzas, party size sticks, and a 2 liter soda bottle) that we ordered.We were very impressed with the order, it came out on time, was exactly as ordered including light sauce and was piping hot and delicious with friendly service. We definitely plan on ordering take-out from here again. We only wish we had tried take-out sooner from here.

I was standing inline and I heard the young cashiers tell the guy in front of me that they are out of certain ingredients. Who runs out of sausage and pepperoni at a pizza place?
