Chipotle Mexican Grill - Appleton

I always have an excellent experience at this location. Although I currently live in De Pere, I make it a priority to stop by the Chipotle in Appleton whenever I'm there for work. The quality of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant, the management, and the frontline staff are consistently outstanding.

This was my first time trying Chipotle, as there isn't one in my town. I have to say I prefer Qdoba. The servers didn't drain the beans, which made everything soggy. The burrito wasn't wrapped tightly, so by the third bite, the messy filling fell apart.

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and it was a truly disappointing experience. The food was cold, and we ended up having to go home to heat it up. We ordered just two burrito bowls, and the total came to $27.43—almost the same price as a nice sit-down restaurant meal. To make matters worse, the waitstaff was quite rude and showed no patience, even after we mentioned it was our first time there.

I had a fantastic experience tonight! The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. In the back of the restaurant, the cooks were enjoying themselves, jamming to OutKast's "Hey Ya" – it was such a fun vibe! Kudos to the team working on June 18, 2022, for their great teamwork! And of course, the food was hot and delicious. This will definitely be my go-to Chipotle for takeout in the future. #ILoveChipotle #ChipotleIsMyLife!

The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was decent. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl, and while there was plenty of food, it didn’t have the flavor I was expecting. Additionally, the rice was undercooked and hard in several bites. Overall, it was satisfactory.
