We are always satisfied when Jessica is there to get our order. She is very pleasant hard working. Making sure my order us always correct exactly the way we want it. Every time I go on, I always ask for her. If you want your order done right ask for Jessica she will take care of you.
I haven't been here in 3 years due to bad food. Well today I decided to try it again. Well that was a mistake. I ordered a bacon cheese no tomato extra onion. The bacon was so burnt it just crumbled and fell off the burger. They did not put cheese on the burger. And the bun was so stale it fell apart after just a couple bites. I couldn't even finish the burger. Waste of money and time.
Long wait in the drive thru (25 min). Our order was totally wrong and they forgot our drinks (although I didn't realize that we forgot them until I had already parked to go back in because the order was wrong, so partially my fault too, I'll admit). Ordered a kids hot dog meal and got grilled cheese meal with fries. They also took the grilled cheese off the fries and put the hot dog back in the same to go box on top of the same (now cold) fries. By the time they were done with the hot dog the rest of our food was cold. Not only that but the lady who I guess was the manager yelled at all the other employees in front of us. I was embarrassed for them. Food is decent, but kinda expensive (pastrami sandwich combo, kids hot dog meal and a breakfast burrito was $40 Customer service sucks big time!
Hey what can I say, it's Tom's Burgers. Classic American fast food. Good food, clean environment. Sometimes they can forget an item or two in drive thru.
