Ninja Poki Yaki - Apple Valley

I stopped by around 11 and the fish was incredibly fresh! I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking high-quality seafood in the desert.

When this restaurant first opened, it was okay. The customer service was good at first, but over time, their true colors showed. I was there a few times when they closed early, even before their advertised hours. Once, I knocked on the door and the girl inside ignored me, shrugging her shoulders as if I were a bother... 27 minutes before closing time! It seems like they hired inexperienced young staff who are not attentive to customers' needs. I don't mind inexperienced staff, but if they're not helpful, it's frustrating. Today was the last straw for me. I ordered four Poke Shots, and the young man who took my order completely botched it. It was such a frustrating experience that I just accepted it. The poke was not fresh, the toppings were not fresh, and the sauces were not good. The only reason I kept going back was because it was the nearest Poke place to my house. But now, I will never return due to poor customer service and low quality food. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after these experiences, I'm done. I'd rather spend my money on gas and drive further to get better service and fresh food. I will take my business elsewhere.

This restaurant is fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to explain anything you may not know. The portions are a good value for the price, and the food is delicious. The only downside is that they are closed on Sundays.

This is the only place that I have close to poke, but unfortunately it is not a place to return to. the customer service is rude and they lock their door far earlier than the closing time. expect to lock the door 30 min before closing time, i.e. not disturbing waste gas. even at the place where they get an rude answer. they prefer to take their time and money elsewhere.

HIDEN GEM ALERT *. Found by accident and soooooo glad we did! The food is AMAZING! Fresh in all aspects. We were served by Angel! He is as helpful fast explaining everything so we got exactly what we wanted! We will DEFINITELY add this to one of our favorites it also just happens to be inexpensive! Big fan!
