Wendy's - Apopka

I come here a couple of times a year. That?s because I forget how bad the service is here. This is the only restaurant that I always end up just putting my car in Park. Sooo Slow, seldomly accurate. This location should close until they can get their acttogether. Totally damaging the brand.

It?s time to open the inside back up, the drive thru never gets the order right and on top of that the food isn?t hot or fresh, this Wendy?s needs an over haul.

Always happy with this Wendy's. Note: they are short on staff and if you order online the front door may be locked. They do not have enough staff, but not to worry. Utilize the drive-thru to pick up your pre-ordered food.

Super slow and dirty. The employees are distracted by one another therefore the customers are waiting on their food which sits there on the counter but because they are so busy small talking, no one is paying attention. Freestyle soda machine only hadabout 5 drinks and no ice. Then they screwed up our order. Very poor set up in here.

Absolutely disgusting.......these people always mess up our order in the drive thru but this time they really got me good. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and they served me raw chicken. Unfortunately I didn't realize it was raw because of thespicy breading. I thought the weird texture was just a soggy tomato but it was raw chicken. Now I'm not feeling good...... notlooking forward to the next few days. I hope I don't get salmonella. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone at all.
