Gave all one's because I pay for my food. Was asked to pull up, and waited for 20 minutes. I pulled back and the young lady put her hand up and told me to wait 8/24/23. All I got was my drinks I didn't taste the food, the service was poor along with the atmosphere and still didn't get my money or my food. So I'm writing this on here to let you know owner and GM. Your late-night staff is unprofessional especially that manager where the blue thing in her head that night. Light skin looks like she speak Spanish. I would like my food when I come back up there and something said to that young lady. That was the poorest service I ever had. September 17th 2023 12:30 p.m. Sunday I've called your store ask a speech to a manager one manager got the phone asked what's their name they didn't want to tell me. Another person got on the phone which was another female I asked what their name was she said how can I help you I say first and foremost you can help me by giving me your name she hung the phone up turn right then turn right. Not knowing that corporate was on the phone for customer service for things like this they hung the phone up on me. I came in again and the young lady named swan has done the same thing again and was with Drew customer service this time I got my order but nobody reached out to me about my order I did not get with the rule customer service or my money so therefore I feel like I need to call the police and get a police report for you guys robbing me taking my money and not giving me any product swan. All he has to do is pick up the phone and have a little common Sense courtesy and customer service I don't think you two at that job need that job that two women that's in charge there because this store is poor customer service and doesn't satisfy no customers. I will be up there later on with the police to file a police report for stealing my money and not giving me my product. And shame on the GM for allowing this to happen and if there was the m that picked up the phone all you guys need to be fired and need to be hired more managers in there with courtesy common Sense respectable and know how to. Didn't even give me my right drink, at least the food was fresh, but the service was missing hard.
Beware of this location. Drive through screen doesn?t work so you can?t see what they are ringing you up for. Check your receipts they will up charge you for items you didn?t order. Also no one wears there mask probably. Below the chin doesn?t count. Waited 15 min in the drive through for my order and they still got it wrong, glad I checked. Check your receipt!
We just got burgers, spicy chicken sandwiches and frosties from the Wendy's on 436 near Hunt Club. We went through the drive-thru and the first thing they gave us were the frosties. The frosties sat on our console for at least ten minutes while we pulled forward and waited for our food to be finished. When we got home the frosties were completely melted. The sandwiches were drenched in mayonnaise and were inedible and the fries were cold, greasy and mushy. We tried to call to ask if we could bring it all back and get a new order and the phone went to a fax machine. We spent $42 for fast food that we had to throw away. Wendy's you have got to do better.
