Steak N Shake - Apopka

From the moment my wife and I went to John was amazing. He greeted us our food came super hot and was good. On the best experience I had in a bit thanks to our interactions with John.

The 5 pieces of chicken fingers were undercooked and the hamburger bun was stale. The onion rings were average.

The service at this restaurant was excellent and the staff was very polite and attentive. The restaurant was clean and the Frisco Burger and Whisky Pries were delicious.

Please double check orders. Both orders of fries were missing from my combo meal, and one of the combo meals was missing a drink.

Each time I order from this restaurant, they always manage to mess up my order in some way. This latest experience was the final straw. I had ordered a combo meal and a milkshake, but when my order arrived, I only received the milkshake. It's extremely frustrating and disappointing.
