We attempted multiple times to resolve the issue with the restaurant, but to no avail. They simply stated that they do not offer refunds. I was informed that if I wanted to speak with the owner, she would tell me the same thing. This restaurant will take your money and refuse to refund it when they serve you spoiled or poor-quality food. I paid $44 for shrimp that was spoiled, which was mixed in with my crab and corn. The owner's name is Hsiaomei Walden. I am expecting a call back tomorrow as promised, and I will update this post regardless of the outcome.
My husband and I spent over $17 on a half-pound snow crab boil bag from the menu, and we were surprised to receive just one cluster that was heavily oversaturated with seafood boil seasoning. It was quite shocking, as most seafood restaurants would never serve just a single medium cluster to a customer. When we called the restaurant to address the issue, we couldn't get the staff member on the phone to help us rectify the order. Overall, we were completely dissatisfied with our experience at Pier 15, and I recommend reading this review and others before deciding to spend your money there.
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! My family absolutely loves it. The food is incredibly delicious and flavorful, and the customer service is outstanding—truly attentive and caring.
